With this fun game, the people responsible for throwing the party need to do a little preparation. Long before the party begins, freeze little babies (toys, figurines, rubber babies, etc.) in cubes of ice.
When the party begins, have each guest hold the ice in their hand (and their hand only). Throughout the festivities, the ice will be melting. The first one to melt the ice and get to their baby yells "My water broke!" This guest gets a gift for being the winner!
