We don't know why we celebrate Black Forest Cake on this day, but it's certainly a pleasant indulgence. This decadent dessert consists of layers of chocolate cake, whipped cream, and cherry filling, and if you're lucky, a bit of cherry liqueur is added, too. We can thank the Germans for bringing us this exquisite delight.
