About the Holiday

Today is Black Friday though not an official holiday it is the beginning of the holiday shopping season. With so many people off of work and full of turkey they head to stores for some shopping time to cash in on all the deals that retailers offer, with many consumers waiting for hours outside retail stores that open extra early. You would think that this day is called Black Friday because retail workers dread the day because they are so busy, but this day gets its name because many retailers financial statements move from the red to black. Today is the day to burn calories by shopping, and with some budgeting and planning your holiday shopping trip will be a success.
