If you've got to do it, then International Panic Day is the day to do it. Go ahead load up on an extra cup, or two, of coffee and let it all out. Express all your fears, troubles and anxieties and be done with them. Now that you have those off your chest and if you're now in a mood to relax, then you can celebrate International Picnic Day which is also celebrated today.
If once a year just isn't enough time to let it all out, don't worry (pun intended) there's also a Panic Day on March 9th. We have yet to determine the origin of this holiday.
