What could be a more appropriate holiday in January? How about Fruitcake Toss Day, where you would be compelled to toss all the old fruitcake you were given around the holidays? Over the years, giving fruitcake for the holidays has become somewhat of a gag gift and it's known as the #1 re-gifted item. Some even claim that there are only a few fruitcakes in existence, and they merely seem more numerous because they are never eaten but just re-gifted over-and-over again.
