About the Holiday

If you're seeing a lot of people proudly sporting milk mustaches, it could be that they're celebrating Milk Day. Armed with a generous supply of vitamins and protein, celebrating a holiday has never been so healthy. Milk Day supposedly celebrates the first delivery of milk in glass bottles which many sources claim to have happened on January 11th, 1878. To be more precise, it is speculated that this celebrates the first US delivery of milk in glass bottles as milk delivery in France had already been taking place for several years by that date.[1] Bottoms up!
