Public servants make our world run easier. They deliver mail, fight fires, protect us and work long hours at under appreciated government jobs. Today is Public Service Day. The United Nations designated today as United Nations Public Service day to encourage all members to celebrate the value and virtue of public service to the community and to encourage young people to seek public sector jobs.
