National Sticky Bun Day recognizes the breakfast treat that American's have been enjoying since German settlers brought them to the US in the 18th century. Sticky Buns are made from rolled leavened dough that is compressed and topped with the "sticky" -- usually maple syrup and/or honey -- and nuts. Celebrate by grabbing some of your favorite brand and sharing some with the office, friends or family.
