National Peanut Cluster Day celebrates this sweet and salty mix of peanuts and melted chocolate. They are very easy to make. Basically just melt some chocolate, mix in peanuts, form rounded clusters, and place on a waxed cookie sheet. They can harden at room temperature or in the fridge.
